The 3-year bachelor degree course in Educational Sciences is aimed at acquiring the basic and methodological skills concerning pedagogical and didactic knowledge, along with well-structured competences related to philosophical, psychological, sociological and anthropological fields, focused on a general understanding of educational issues, under the theoretical and methodological points of view.

The Master degree in Economic sciences aims to train economists with a solid grounding in line with the highest European and international standards, by providing the knowledge as necessary to complete the preparation already acquired in the bachelor degree curriculum in Business Administration. Such educational objectives are pursued through a series approaches, such as:

  • the deepening of the central core of economic theory and quantitative analysis techniques;
  • the development of research skills that show the potential application of the theoretical tools acquired;
  • The development of analytical issues towards the historical and institutional dimensions of economic systems;
  • the creative use of economic methods and quantitative techniques specific to the various application strategies useful to prevent economic and social issues.

This 2-year Master Degree Course is structured around a common core of economics, mathematical-statistical and legal-business studies. Under this perspective, students will deepen specific topics, such as: labor, industrial, public and international Economics, Monetary and Financial Economics, Natural Resources and Economic Development, Methods of Economic Analysis, Political Economy, Economic History.

The curriculum intends to provide a training with the main emphasis on the research methods, by leading to an adequate mastery of quantitative tools within a multidisciplinary context. The main purpose of the course, in line with its educational objectives, is to provide students with the competences needed to professionally operate in various fields that are different but closely linked with business, mathematical-statistical and legal knowledge.

Main goal of the course is the application of its educational objectives in the world of work, with the aim of providing adequate theoretical and practical knowledge that can prepare students for different job opportunities, to work in: public/private economic sectors, territorial bodies, national/international research institutions, public administration and as freelancers.

The graduate in Economic sciences may find employment in different working environments, suitable to put the theory acquired in practice. More specifically:

  • Executive;
  • Business Consultant;
  • activities in the field of company and national/international markets economic analysis;
  • Applied Researcher operating in public institutions and in private companies/organisations.

Moreover, the competences acquired represent a fundamental tool for those who intend to perform entrepreneurial and managerial activities in private and public companies/organisations.

The course trains students for the professions of

  • Planning and control Specialist in public administration and/or private companies;
  • Employee HR Management Specialist;
  • Relationship Marketing Specialist;
  • Specialist in economic sciences;
  • Researcher, technicians and similar.

Admission to the course is open to all applicants who, upon enrolment, are in possession of the following qualifications:

  • A valid and recognised 3-year Bachelor Degree (level 6 EQF, 180 ECTS), irrespective of country of conferment, achieved in business, management and economics sectors.

The assessment of the basic knowledge will occur according to the methods indicated in the Academic Regulations of the course of reference.


Pegaso International's traineeships are integral part of the student academic curriculum, and are provided as practical activities of the academic record relevant to the completion of the study course. Traineeships may be mandatory or recognized as processes through which students may gain exemptions of credits. The number of credits gained for curricular traineeships is stated in the Standard Study Plans. Traineeship activities are officially recognised through the acknowledgement of credits (1 ECTS = 8 hours). Generally, the working hours are mutually agreed upon between the trainee and the host company, considering the current needs of both parties and the company working hours. Students may undertake the traineeship at any time of the year.

Students will be considered eligible for admission for a traineeship, upon the positive assessment of a minimum number of ECTS, with reference to:

  • three-year degree courses: 100 ECTS out of 180
  • master's degree courses: 50 ECTS out of 120
  • one-year master degree course in Informatics: 20 ECTS out of 90

Students are required to reach specific agreements with the host company and communicate the following data in writing to Pegaso International to the mail: traineeship@pegasointernational.eu

  1. Name of the Host company;
  2. Agreed time frame of the traineeship;
  3. Name and surname of the company tutor and relevant contact details (telephone and email);
  4. Educational objectives of the traineeship, agreed with the company tutor.

Upon completion of the traineeship, students are required to submit to the competent office the following documentation:

  • Application for recognition of the traineeship activities and relevant ECTS gained; download the form
  • Certificate of Traineeship undertaken, to be sent on letter head, signed and stamped by the company tutor; download the form
  • Brief report on the activity undertaken during the traineeship hours, signed and stamped by the company tutor.
